You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by any third party. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
4. Reservations and Payments
All reservations made through this Site are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. By making a reservation, you authorize Soléna Resort to charge the payment method you provided for your stay and any additional Services you may request.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our Site are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional taxes and fees may apply. You are responsible for paying all applicable charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Soléna Resort and is protected by Saudi Arabia and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Soléna Resort. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soléna Resort will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any linked sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Riyadh, KSA].
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM (the following day)
- Late check-out will incur a charge of SAR 500 per hour, up to 2 hours maximum.
- Beyond 2 hours, a full extra day will be charged.
- The guest is required to settle any additional payments or damages before leaving the Villa.
12. Parking Policy
- Parking is provided based on villa size:
385 m² villa → _ parking spaces
500 m² villa → _ parking spaces
1100 m² villa → _ parking spaces - Parking or waiting in public areas of the resort is strictly prohibited for safety and privacy reasons.
13. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before check-in and will be returned after verifying the condition of the property and ensuring no damage or loss has occurred.
14. Use of the Chalet
Private events and commercial photography/videography are allowed with prior approval from management.
Large sound systems or any equipment that may cause disturbance are not permitted.
Furniture and decorations must not be moved or altered.
15. Liability
The guest is responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the stay.
Soléna management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
16. Cleanliness & Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and respect public decency and the privacy of others, especially in nearby units.
17. Cancellation & Modification
- No cancellation is allowed after payment is completed.
- In case of no-show or cancellation after payment, all paid amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Booking dates may only be modified based on availability and subject to management approval.
18. Notice
Soléna reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By completing your booking, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
